The SkyGold jewelry design studio provides a one-year warranty on all jewelry from the date of receipt, as well as a lifetime warranty on the metal alloys used in our jewelry. We use only 999.7 fine gold and alloy from the best global manufacturers, ensuring the required purity and color of the alloy.

Professional Service

If a defect or hidden flaw is detected and confirmed by expert evaluation, you can return the item or have it repaired free of charge. We are not responsible for changes in the properties and appearance of the item due to careless wear and storage. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, deformation of the item, or interaction with alkaline, cleaning, and cosmetic agents containing mercury, iodine, or chlorine.

Excellent Service

SkyGold offers free cleaning, polishing, and repair of jewelry during the warranty period. All items bear our brand hallmark and come with a tag detailing all their characteristics. To confirm the authenticity of stones and metals, an expert evaluation can be requested.

Own Production

We have our own production facilities, allowing us to ensure the high quality of our products. You can view the permits and documents at our studio at: Kyiv, Yelyzavety Chavdar Street, 13, or obtain an electronic copy individually.
